Meet our Founder & Director Jill O'Reilly
Jill is a senior HR professional with over 15 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has operated as a strategic business partner, having held the role of Director of Organisational Development and HR at Tourism NI before founding O’Reilly People Management.
Jill is steeped in all things HR and loves supporting others to deal with people matters confidently in a way that delivers results for their business. Jill has extensive experience successfully navigating complex people issues when things go wrong and achieving successful outcomes, but her passion lies in leadership development.
An advocate of compassionate leadership, Jill enjoys working with leaders to support them in reaching an environment where people can bring their true, authentic selves to work. Her approach to everything is to be pragmatic, cut through the noise and keep things simple.
