Hello, I'm Jill O'Reilly!

I'm an Executive Coach & Leadership Consultant

I’m based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and work with leaders across the public sector, tourism, hospitality, education, finance, tech, and other mission-driven organisations.  The fast-moving, high-pressure environments where leadership really matters and where my work makes a meaningful difference.


With over 20 years of experience in leadership development and senior HR roles, I understand the challenges leaders face in complex organisations - from managing change and performance to building confidence and influencing with impact.


Whether it’s developing a tailored leadership programme for high-potential managers or supporting teams navigating change, my approach is straightforward, evidence-based, and focused on helping leaders lead well—in the moments that count.

My Background

Before setting up O’Reilly People Management in 2022, I was Director of Organisational Development and HR at Tourism NI. Throughout my career, I’ve led through complexity, change and pressure - while supporting others to do the same.


I hold a BSc (Hons) and an MSc in Human Resource Management from Ulster University. I’m a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a qualified Executive Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and a certified DISC practitioner. This mix of HR leadership, coaching, and real-life experience enables me to bring both perspective and practical insight to my work.

 I don't overcomplicate things. I work closely with leaders to help them slow down, think clearly, and take action that fits both their context and their values.


I bring a fresh perspective, useful challenge and a strong belief in people's potential to grow. I create a space where leaders can explore what's getting in the way, get clear on what matters, and step forward with greater focus and impact.
