Having spent over 20 years in people management I founded O'Reilly People Management in 2022 to offer one-to-one coaching and practical workshops to support leaders to navigate the challenges that come with leading and managing people - whether that’s having a difficult conversation, stepping into a bigger role, or leading through change.
The work I do is grounded, thoughtful, and focused on impact. Through one-to-one coaching and group workshops, I support leaders and managers to build clarity, take confident action, and show up in a way that brings out the best in themselves and the teams they lead.
I believe leadership is about people - and that with the right space and support, we can all be more confident, capable leaders who make a real difference.
