The People Leaders Circle is a community for the change makers - those who are the driving force behind great workplaces. It’s for leaders who don’t just manage people but who actively shape the work environments where teams thrive and grow.
This circle is for like-minded people leaders to come together to share insights, discuss challenges, and support one another in the ever-evolving world of people management.
What It Is
The People Leaders Circle is a peer network - a safe, supportive, and confidential space where leaders can be open about their experiences. Whether you’re wanting to foster a positive workplace culture or looking for new ways to inspire the team, this group is about real conversations and practical insights. It’s about growing together and helping each other become the best leaders we can be.
Where and When
The People Leaders Circle meets virtually via Teams every 4-6 weeks. You can join for half an hour, an hour, or stay for the whole time - whatever works best for you. Each session is flexible to fit your schedule because we all know that your role demands adaptability. While there’s no formal agenda, each People Leaders Circle will have three words to guide the conversation. These words exist to set the tone, inspire thought, and open up dialogue.
What It Is Not
This is not a training program, a sales pitch, or a formal coaching session. You won’t find rigid agendas or presentations. Instead, it’s a collaborative environment where you can bring your thoughts, your questions, and your experiences. No one will be selling to you or pressuring you to implement specific methods – it’s purely about connection and shared learning.
Who It’s For
The People Leaders Circle is for those who lead with purpose and want to make a tangible difference in their workplaces. If you’re a Head of HR, responsible for HR, or leading the people function within your business, this circle is for you. It’s for you if you are passionate about leadership as a journey and value genuine conversations and peer support.
Who It’s Not For
If you’re looking for a structured training course, a quick fix, or a place to promote products or services, this is not the group for you. It’s also not the right fit if you’re not willing to actively participate or share your insights with others. This community thrives on openness, mutual support, and a shared commitment to positive change.
