Sessions are interactive, down-to-earth, and designed to meet people where they are.
My workshops are designed for anyone who leads or manages people, including new managers finding their feet, experienced leaders seeking a reset, and teams that need space to refocus and grow together.
Some clients I work with want one or two workshops as a one-off boost; others work with me to develop a wider bespoke leadership or management development programme, or something in-between.
They’re typically a half-day or a full-day, depending on your goals. Group sizes are kept manageable to facilitate genuine conversation, questions, and reflection.
There’s always space for the real stuff - what’s getting in the way, where the pressure is, and what people need to feel more confident and capable at work.
Over coffee, virtually or in person. I offer a complimentary 30-minute conversation (up to an hour for more complex needs) to explore what you're looking for, your goals, budget, and timelines.
You don’t need to have all the answers. I’ll guide the process in a way that makes sense for you, with everything designed to deliver meaningful outcomes and make the most of your investment.
