HR/People Management Support

Not every people situation needs a formal process, but they do need handled well.


The reality of leading people is rarely straightforward, whether it’s the conversation you’ve been putting off, the situation that feels unclear, but needs addressed. Maybe it's the judgement calls where you want to get it right - for the individual, the team, and the organisation. This is where I support you.


I work alongside organisations to provide practical, steady HR and people management support - helping you think things through, sense-check your approach, and move forward with clarity and confidence.


What does this look like in practice? For some, it's ongoing support through a retainer - having someone who understands your organisation, your people, and how things work in practice. Someone you can pick up the phone to when something comes up, and know you’ll get clear, balanced guidance.


For others, it’s more flexible. Ad hoc support at key moments - when a situation feels complex, sensitive, or just needs a bit more thought before you act.


I work across a range of sectors, from education, tech, hospitality and public sector including growing organisations and those going through change. 


The common thread is this: people situations don’t sit neatly in a policy. They need handled with care, judgement, and a clear head.


This isn’t about overwhelming you with process. It’s about helping you navigate the real conversations, make sound decisions, and reach outcomes you can stand over, while building clarity, consistency, and confidence in how your people are led as your workplace continues to evolve.
